By signing up for Kindred/Kindred Circle/Kindred Mums, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully—they are the "rules of the house" for our community.

1. Who We Are

Kindred/Kindred Circle/Kindred Mums (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") provides mum-matching services and access to private community groups in New Zealand.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during signup.
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to join.
Access: Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

3. Community Code of Conduct

To keep our space safe and supportive, all members must follow the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015 principles. You agree not to:

Post content that is threatening, offensive, or harassing.
Disclose the private information or social media handles of other members outside of Kindred.
Use the community for unsolicited spam or commercial marketing.
Our Right: We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate memberships immediately, without a refund, if these rules are breached.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees: All fees are in NZD.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." We strictly follow the Consumer Guarantees Act for any service failures. [See our full Refund Policy in the menu tab].

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is our priority. We handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. [See our full Privacy Policy in the menu tab].

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to match you with the best groups, Kindred is a platform for connection.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will "click" with every match.
User Interactions: Kindred is not responsible for the conduct of members in private messages or in-person meetups. Members interact at their own risk.
Service Availability: We aim for 24/7 webpage access but are not liable for temporary technical outages beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kindred/Kindred Circle/Kindred Mums name, logo, and website content belong to us. You may not use our branding for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a notice in our community groups.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
